Rebates for apartments and shared properties

A new $25 million initiative is now available for owners’ corporations and strata-managed buildings to install shared rooftop solar systems. The program covers up to 50% of project costs, with a maximum of $150,000 in co-funding per site.
This is a major win for strata communities who have traditionally faced challenges in accessing clean energy.

Applications open in mid-2025 and demand is expected to be high.
